staff were really nice but in my opinion unprofessional, i had 2 full body laser sessions with different girls both times. they didn’t offer any towels or wipes and didn’t leave the room as i got undressed. to some people it may not bother them but for me i think it would make the client more comfortable and it’s common decency. other than that they are really lovely but i don’t think i’ll be going back.

I have received numerous treatments by Wollongong’s cosmetic injector Danielle Ryan. I have always walked out of there completely satisfied with her services. The professionalism in her customer service is outstanding by always ensuring and achieving that the services have reached my expectations. The time and effort that Dan puts in to ensure I am fully comfortable and experiencing very minimal to no pain throughout the service with numbing cream and ice packs. Not only the actions but Danielle’s friendly and humorous manner also makes the service bearable and very comfortable. I have been to other cosmetic clinicians previously and Danielle is by far the best and I will continue to recommend her to everyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Throughout multiple different visits and different appointment types the staff ask throughout the appointment for extra offerings without stating that they cost extra. Then I get to pay and the treatment cost is way more than the original price. This is super sneaky! Watch out... It would be suggested when offering the add on to mentioned the additional payment too... this would show customer care rather than customer manipulation.

I’ve been going to laser clinics for over ten years and yes I have encountered some bad employees who didn’t seem very experienced. But I hadn’t experienced this for a while until recently. I had full body laser with Angelika. It was honestly one of the worst appointments I’ve ever had with laser clinics. First of all she made me wait over 15 minutes to start my appointment and then when she took me into the treatment room she gave me no privacy to get changed as she stayed in the room which also didn’t give me a chance to use any baby wipes or towelettes before the session started. Which basically every other clinic I’ve ever been to have done and offered. There was no where to put my bag and belongings except on a small stool so I had to put the rest of my clothes etc on the floor. The treatment chair usually has disposable paper covering it and this one didn’t and it looked unclean so I lay on it bare with no covering. At the end of the treatment she quickly sprayed it a couple of times and wiped it, which barely cleaned it after my session which makes me think it definitely wasn’t cleaned properly before my session. She put me into very strange positions for the laser hair removal that I’ve never done before at any other clinic. I’m actually quite comfortable with the nudity aspect of laser hair removal but this session made me particularly uncomfortable. She asked me if I wanted a particular area done and I pointed to it specifically and said yes and then she didn’t do it. I was going to do a few add ons but instead decided not to because of how poorly she was doing it throughout the session. She did a very patchy job, very rushed - a 40 minute minimum appointment took 15 minutes. The fastest I’ve ever had. She left highlighter all over me even though she wiped my legs down but didn’t give me anything else to wipe the excess off or any laser aid. I won’t ever return to this clinic
